– All UK customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.

– For all international customers, please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your parcels.

– Items must be unworn and unwashed.

– Items must have all tags attached.

– Items must be returned in their original packaging.

– We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own return postage costs.

– All customers must complete and insert the return slip when returning their items.

– All items purchased in the sale department are ineligible for a refund and may be exchanged only (this includes discount codes).

If you receive a faulty item please return to us within 30 days’ of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with our customer service team prior to returning at: contact@officialnador.com

  • Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing this form).
  • Mail your return to:
    Nador Returns, 40 Wensley Way, Rochdale, OL16 5HA
    Nador does not issue pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
  • Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
  • Please allow 2 business days to process your return once it is received by us.
  • Nador clothing must be returned by mail.
    We offer refunds on all full price items only and we issue a gift card for sale priced items.
  • Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions, it may take up to 7 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
